Simple Summer Corn

Here is a change from the typical corn recipe. 






Everything is always better with bacon and bacon grease. 

Dice up and crisp up 1/2 lb of bacon. When crisped up, remove the bacon. Add in corn (I like to use fresh corn and remove the kernels from the cob. However, you can use frozen corn that is defrosted). Saut√© in bacon fat until starting to brown. Add 2 tbs sugar, salt and pepper. Cook and stir for an additional 3-5 min. Serve hot.
